Role & responsibilities

- Operate and monitor wheat flour milling processes during assigned shifts.
- Independently manage milling operations during assigned shifts to achieve production targets.
- Ensure consistent quality of Atta, Maida, Sooji/Rawa, Bran, and other mill products.
- Monitor extraction rates, product yields, and process parameters.
- Optimize milling performance to maximize yield and minimize process losses.
- Coordinate with Quality Control and Maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
- Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate production records.

Preferred candidate profile

- CFTRI certification in Flour Milling (preferred).




- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in wheat flour milling.
- Strong understanding of milling machinery, process optimization, and flour quality parameters.
- Knowledge of wheat conditioning, extraction control, tempering, blending, and milling operations.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and team coordination skills.
- Experience with Bhler, Satake, Ocrim, or other up-to-date milling systems.
- Familiarity with GMP, GHP, HACCP, and FSSAI requirements.
- Leadership ability to supervise shift operations and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
