Role & responsibilities

Should have 5+years of relevant Oracle EBS Technical experience

- Must have Skills set
- Solid handson experience in Oracle EBS R12.x.
- Expertise in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, Workflows, Standard APIS
- Functional Exposure on Project Costing is preferred. Exposure or experience on Financial modules is plus
- Understanding of ITILbased support processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
- Client facing and stakeholder management
- Design, develop, and maintain custom reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE) in Oracle EBS.
- Develop and modify PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and SQL queries.
- Support and customize Oracle Workflows as required.




- Provide L2/L3 technical support for Oracle EBS incidents, service requests, and defects.
- Perform root cause analysis and permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Support change management, patching, and minor enhancements within Oracle EBS environments.
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Work closely with functional consultants, business users, and DBAs to ensure solution alignment.
- Willingness to work on application development and support projects in accordance with the UAE business calendar and holidays is necessary
