We are looking for a creative, energetic, and tech-savvy individual to manage our digital presence and online customer experience. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI tools to work smarter and be passionate about social media, e-commerce, and customer service.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage social media pages and create engaging content.
- Upload and update products on our WordPress/WooCommerce website.
- Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, website, and social media.
- Process online orders and update shipment tracking details.
- Assist with after-sales support, returns, and customer follow-ups.
- Create basic marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT and other AI tools to create content, product descriptions, customer replies, and improve productivity.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and help grow our online presence.

Preferred candidate profile

- Valuable English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing.
- Familiar with WordPress/WooCommerce (preferred).
- Comfortable using AI and editing tools (ChatGPT, Photoshop, Canva AI, etc.).
- Quick learner with good organizational skills.
