Role :

Source candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and networking

- Conduct screening and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage recruitment database and keep candidate records updated
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Provide regular updates to hiring manager on the recruitment pipeline
- Collaborate with HR Operation to facilitate background checks and onboarding processes
- Stay updated on BPO industry trends and recruitment best practices

Reports into :

Assistant Manager Lateral

Job Responsibilities :

- Preferred Lateral hiring experience of 1 to 3 years
- Should have working exposure from BPO industry

Must be a Graduate

- Proven work experience as a BPO recruiter or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust negotiation and influencing abilities

Shifts timings:

11:00 am to 8:30 pm
