- Deliver work with 100% accuracy , ensuring all processed data meets quality standards.
- Achieve the required daily productivity and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as defined by the project.
- Be responsive and maintain timely communication with Team Leads and other stakeholders during assigned shift hours.
- Demonstrate diligence, reliability, and commitment by consistently meeting client deliverables within agreed timelines.
- Take ownership and accountability for the quality, accuracy, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Be willing to work night shifts on a regular basis and maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills Required

- Graduate or currently pursuing graduation.
- Comfortable working night shifts as per business requirements.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Gmail .
- Good written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

- Minimum 4 GB RAM (8 GB recommended)

- Stable broadband connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps

Work Schedule

- This is a night shift role.
