We are hiring a Tender Executive to manage GeM Portal operations and Government Tender processes. The candidate will be responsible for handling tender documentation, catalogue uploading, direct purchase, L1 management, vendor assessment, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and analyze Government Tenders on GeM, CPPP & State Portals.
- Prepare and submit tender documents before deadlines.
- Handle GeM Catalogue Uploading (Products & Services).
- Manage Direct Purchase Orders on the GeM Portal.
- Process L1 Purchase Orders and coordinate with clients.
- Perform Vendor Assessment documentation and compliance.
- Assist in OEM Registration & Authorization processes.
- Prepare declarations, technical documents, and commercial documents.
- Coordinate with clients for required certificates and compliance documents.
- Track bid status, corrigendums, and purchase orders.




- Maintain accurate records of tenders, catalogues, and client data.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of GeM Portal.
- MS Excel, MS Word & Email.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of Government Procurement is preferred.
- Training will be provided for deserving candidates.

- Graduate (Any Stream)
- Freshers & Experienced both can apply.
- Basic English Communication.

Salary & Benefits
