Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers not allowed)
Job Role:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain real estate projects and offers
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Schedule site visits for the sales team
Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills (English + local language)
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
- Basic computer knowledge
- Sales/real estate experience is a plus
Salary: Fixed + Attractive Incentives

ರಿಯಲ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಪ್ರಾಜೆಕ್ಟ್ಗಳು,
ಆಫರ್ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಲಾಭಗಳನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸುವುದು
ಲೀಡ್ಗಳನ್ನು ಜನರೇಟ್ ಮಾಡಿ ನಿಯಮಿತವಾಗಿ ಫಾಲೋ-ಅಪ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು
ಸೇಲ್ಸ್ ಟೀಮ್ಗಾಗಿ ಸೈಟ್ ವಿಸಿಟ್ಗಳನ್ನು ಶೆಡ್ಯೂಲ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು
ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ವಿವರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಲ್ ಅಪ್ಡೇಟ್ಗಳನ್ನು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವುದು
ಅರ್ಹತೆಗಳು:
ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತಮ ಸಂವಹನ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ
ದೈನಂದಿನ ಕಾಲಿಂಗ್ ಮತ್ತು ಫಾಲೋ-ಅಪ್ ಮಾಡಲು ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಇರಬೇಕು
ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಜ್ಞಾನ ಇರಬೇಕು
ಸೇಲ್ಸ್ ಅಥವಾ ರಿಯಲ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಅನುಭವ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಆದ್ಯತೆ
