Key Responsibilities

- Make breads, desserts and ice creams as per defined recipes and production plan.
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure consistent product quality, portion consistency, and aesthetic presentation
- Follow food safety standards and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

- High School graduate
- Technical education in hospitality or culinary school preferred
- 2-3 years total work experience, with 6-12 months in pastry/bakery department.
- Possess a valid health certificate
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and quality managemen
- Willingness to learn specialized ice cream production techniques
