YRS Prefab is looking for a smart, confident, and energetic Female Customer Support & Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Chandigarh.

- Job ResponsibilitiesAttend incoming customer calls professionally.
- Explain YRS Prefab products and services to customers.
- Prepare and send quotations.
- Follow up with prospective clients and existing customers.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM/Excel sheets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer support.
- Candidate Requirements✔ Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- ✔ Prior experience in customer handling, telecalling, sales coordination, or customer support.
- ✔ Good knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet).
- ✔ Professional attitude with a pleasant personality.
- ✔ Robust follow-up and negotiation skills.
- ✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- QualificationGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
