Job Title – Sales Executive Home Loan Function / Department – Sales

1. Roles and Responsibilities Generate Home Loan leads from the open market and through different channels like DSAs, connectors, or builders.
2. Meet clients, verify documents, process files, and coordinate for sanction/disbursement of the loan.
3. Monitor leads and check the quality of sourcing and ensure quick conversion of prospects as per targets.
4. Responsible for knowing and complying with all legal requirements as per the law of the land.
5. Meet builders/DSAs/connectors associations for tie-ups/implementation for housing loans.
6. Connect with the Loan Processing Centre to ensure file disbursement.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
8. Implement and develop sales activities to achieve the target.
9. Expertise Required / Domain KnowledgeShould have knowledge of Home Loans.
10. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a solid understanding of the potential of the local market.

Relevant Experience Preferably 1 year in the related field.

Education Minimum Higher Secondary.
