Job Title: Telecaller – Car Procurement (Cold Calling)

Job Summary

We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Telecallers to contact car owners through cold calling data and generate inspection appointments for used car procurement on behalf of CAR24. The primary responsibility is to identify interested sellers, explain the benefits of selling through CAR24, and convince them to book a free vehicle inspection.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to car owners from the provided database.

Identify customers interested in selling their used cars.

Explain the CAR24 car-selling process and its key benefits.

Generate qualified leads and schedule free vehicle inspection appointments.

Handle customer objections and build confidence in the process.

Follow up with interested customers until the inspection is completed.

Update customer responses and call status in the CRM.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and inspection booking targets.

Eligibility





Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Experience in Telecalling, BPO, Sales, or Customer Service is an added advantage.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).

Solid convincing and negotiation skills.

Good listening and objection-handling ability.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of outbound calls per day.

Interested leads generated.

Inspection appointments booked.

Inspection completion rate.

Cars successfully procured.
