Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and result-oriented Debt Recovery Telecallers to join our Collections team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers via phone to recover outstanding payments while maintaining professionalism and customer dignity. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

LANGUAGES : KANNADA IS COMPULSARY

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact customers via outbound calls regarding overdue payments.
- Inform customers about outstanding dues and payment deadlines.
- Negotiate repayment plans as per company policy.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and payment commitments.
- Follow up regularly on assigned accounts.
- Escalate unresolved or disputed cases to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

FOR FRESHERS :

- Minimum qualification:10th pass/ 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).




- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to learn and work with targets.

For Experienced:

- Candidates:1–3 years of experience in debt recovery / telecalling / collections.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Knowledge of recovery processes and compliance norms.
- Required Skills:Good verbal communication skills.
- Persuasion and negotiation ability.
- Patience and emotional resilience.
- Target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Professional and ethical conduct.
