Job SummaryWe are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Education Counsellor to guide students and parents in choosing the right academic courses and help them achieve their educational goals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to convert enquiries into admissions.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents regarding Unacademy courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' academic needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle walk-in enquiries, telephonic enquiries, and online leads.
- Conduct follow-up calls to convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions, and admissions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the Business Development and Academic teams for student onboarding.
- Organize counselling sessions, seminars, and educational events.
- Resolve student and parent queries professionally.




- Ensure an excellent student experience from enquiry to admission.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Solid interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Google Sheets).
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Good presentation skills.
- EligibilityBachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- 1–3 years of experience in Education Counselling, Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Relationship Management is preferred.
- Preferred ExperienceExperience in the EdTech industry.
- Experience in student admissions or academic counselling.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Daily calls and follow-ups completed.
