- Key ResponsibilitiesDesign creative and print-ready artwork for digital printing, offset printing, and signage projects.
- Assign design tasks to team members and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements and provide proofs on time.
- Review and approve artwork before production to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Work closely with the Sales, Production, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.




- Maintain project timelines and ensure all jobs are delivered within the committed turnaround time.
- Guide, support, and mentor team members to achieve high-quality output.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and professional service.
- Required SkillsStrong expertise in CorelDRAW (Highly Preferred).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
- Valuable understanding of print production, pre-press, colour management, and file preparation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
