We are looking for a skilled PLC Engineer who has hands-on experience in PLC programming, HMI/SCADA, industrial automation, machine commissioning, and troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for developing, modifying, testing, and maintaining PLC-based automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and modify PLC programs for industrial machines and automation systems.
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Omron, Delta, and Schneider.
- Develop and configure HMI and SCADA applications.
- Configure and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, and Profibus.
- Integrate PLCs with sensors, VFDs, servo drives, HMIs, and other industrial devices.
- Perform machine commissioning, testing, installation, and troubleshooting at customer sites.
- Diagnose PLC, electrical, communication, and automation-related issues.
- Understand electrical control panels, wiring diagrams, I/O mapping, and control circuits.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and software teams for machine integration.




- Prepare technical documentation, PLC backups, I/O lists, and system documentation.
- Provide technical support during machine installation and production.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of PLC Programming & Industrial Automation.
- Hands-on experience with Siemens / Mitsubishi / Allen-Bradley / Omron / Delta / Schneider PLCs.
- Knowledge of HMI and SCADA.
- Valuable understanding of VFD, Servo Drives, Sensors, and Industrial Control Systems.
- Knowledge of Modbus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Profibus.
- Ability to read Electrical Drawings and Control Panel Wiring.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites for commissioning and support.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Relevant hands-on experience in PLC programming and industrial automation will be preferred.
