We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Assistant store manager to join our ethnic wear store that sells Luxury handloom unstitched suits, sarees, jewellery and handbags.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet & assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner.
- Should have good communication skills, customer conflict resolution skills and speak fluent English.
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized styling recommendations. Should be able to up-sell and cross-sell ethnic suits, jewellery & handbags.
- Drive individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Stay updated on product knowledge including its fabric, material, craft and color.
- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising (VM) and cleanliness standards.
- Should individually handle stock display – Ironing new collections, maintaining them by steam ironing and assisting in tagging & barcoding.
- Should keep regular checks on inventory – count & packaging material and ensure timely stock replenishments.
- Technology & Systems:



Having good computer skills including excel, word and handling billing processes – Point of sales (POS) systems & Cash handling.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Should be time punctual & disciplined – adhere to store opening & closing times.
- Support during promotional activities – Exhibitions at other sites and in-store events.
- Support during social media shoots – At other sites & in-store.
- Should be able to work in a rapid-paced retail environment with positive attitude & team-player mindset.

Preferred Background

Over 3 years, experience in luxury fashion retail is a must

Minimum: 12th | Graduate (Preferred)

Certification in fashion styling or design (An advantage)

Language: Fluent English

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 20000 - 22000 per month in hand. No PF.

Conveyance: No (Should have own or hire)
