We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Inventory / Seller Inside Sales Executive to identify property owners looking to sell their residential properties and build a strong resale property inventory.

- Key ResponsibilitiesContact property owners and identify properties available for resale.
- Source new resale inventory through calls, referrals, online portals, existing databases, and local networks.
- Collect complete property details, including price, configuration, availability, and seller expectations.
- Build and maintain good relationships with property owners.
- Follow up regularly with sellers and update property availability.
- Negotiate and encourage owners to list their properties with the company.
- Work towards obtaining exclusive and high-quality resale listings.
- Maintain accurate property and seller information in CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding current and available inventory.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for seller calls, new listings, and active inventory.
