Understand customers' property requirements, budget, and investment objectives.

Present suitable residential and commercial property options.

Conduct property presentations and arrange site visits for prospective clients.





Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers and investors.

Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property transactions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.

Coordinate with property owners, developers, and internal teams for smooth transactions.

Stay updated about property inventory, pricing, payment plans, market trends, and current launches.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Provide professional after-sales support and maintain client relationships.
