We are hiring energetic Marketing Executives to promote rooftop solar solutions, generate quality leads and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field marketing and visit residential and commercial customers
- Generate leads through local campaigns, references and market visits
- Explain solar benefits, pricing, subsidy and financing options
- Follow up with interested customers and support sales closure
- Organize promotional activities, stalls and society campaigns
- Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, follow-ups and conversions
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Field marketing or sales experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and smartphone applications
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred
- Target-oriented, disciplined and comfortable with fieldwork
- Experience in solar, finance, insurance or telecom is an advantage
