Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Surgical & Hospital Products division in Pondicherry. The role involves managing branch sales, operations, inventory, customer relationships, and team performance while ensuring profitable business growth and productive day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Achieve branch sales and revenue targets.

* Develop business with hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and healthcare institutions.

* Lead and manage the branch sales, stores, and operations team.

* Oversee order processing, inventory, dispatch, and customer service.

* Build strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.

* Ensure timely collections, reporting, and branch profitability.

* Monitor stock levels, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies.

* Train, mentor,



and motivate the team to achieve business objectives.

Desired Skills

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Experience in surgical products, hospital consumables, medical devices, or healthcare distribution.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

* Good knowledge of inventory management, ERP/MS Excel, and branch operations.

* Ability to work independently and drive business growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* 10–20+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical devices, or surgical products.

* Proven experience in managing both sales and branch operations.

* Mature leadership with the ability to handle cross-functional teams.

* Willingness to travel locally for customer visits and business development, preferably who have prior experience in Tender Handling.
