Job Description: Marketplace Commerce Executive

Experience: Min 6 Months to 1 year (Freshers with relevant marketplace knowledge may also apply)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace Commerce Executive to manage and grow our presence across leading e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, product listings, advertising, order management, and performance optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, and other marketplaces.
- Create, update, and optimise product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and attributes.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates to prevent overselling or stock-outs.
- Process and monitor orders, shipments, cancellations, returns, and RTOs.
- Plan, launch, and optimise marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.).
- Analyse sales, traffic, advertising performance, and conversion metrics to improve revenue.
- Participate in marketplace promotions, deals, and festive sale events.
- Resolve listing issues, account health notifications, policy violations, and customer-related escalations.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse,



and customer support teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Conduct competitor research and recommend pricing and promotional strategies.
- Identify opportunities to increase marketplace visibility, sales, and profitability.
- Required SkillsGood understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel, or similar marketplace platforms.
- Experience in marketplace advertising (Amazon PPC, Flipkart CPC, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of SEO for e-commerce product listings.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with inventory management and order processing.
- Familiarity with ERP, Shiprocket, EasyEcom, Unicommerce, or similar tools is an added advantage.
