Role and Responsibilities a. Operational team Management, coaching & driving performance to hit the revenues. b. Achieve month wise operational targets as per each product (Professional Courses). c. Co-ordination with empaneled corporate faculties and scheduling the batches as per the forecast. d. Assist working skilled / students in exploring academic, career and personal goals, including selecting courses and combinations of courses that reflect individual interests. e. Networking & Relationship building with the working professionals / Students & empaneled Corporate Faculties. f. Conducting seminars in potential degree colleges / management institutes / Schools (HSC Students). g. Explore opportunities in conducting 2-3 days workshops for working skilled or in colleges. h. Highest degree of customer service orientation needs to be displayed. i.



Handling queries with prompt responses over telephone, email or chat. j. Conversion of leads / walk ins generated through digital campaigns / seminars / walk in’s. k. Responsible for collection of fees on a timely basis and ensure zero outstanding. l. Maintain installment updates on real time basis m. Will be responsible for smooth functioning of centre in absence of Centre Manager. Skills Required a. Should be passionate in networking & guiding. b. Result Oriented & engaging with students c.
