Warden for Girls Hostel, accommodation will be provided in the hostel

We are seeking a responsible and caring Girls’ Hostel Warden to oversee the day-to-day administration, discipline, and welfare of hostel residents. The warden will ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable living workplace, maintaining discipline while acting as a mentor and guide for the students.

- Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage all day-to-day hostel operations for girl students/residents.
- Maintain discipline, decorum, and hygiene within the hostel premises.
- Ensure safety and security of all residents, especially during night hours.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and entry/exit timings of residents.
- Handle emergency situations, such as medical or disciplinary issues, promptly and appropriately.
- Liaise with parents/guardians and administration regarding student concerns or rules.
- Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and catering services to ensure quality standards.
- Organize and encourage recreational and cultural activities for residents.
- Maintain hostel records, including room allocation, complaints, and maintenance logs.
- Ensure strict adherence to hostel rules and regulations by all residents.
