Job Summary The Travel Executive will handle end-to-end travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and ground transportation, ensuring compliance with company policy and cost efficiency. This role ensures seamless travel experiences for field executives, allowing them to focus on business objectives. Key Responsibilities Flight Bookings: Research, compare, and book domestic (and international, if required) flights, ensuring the best rates and schedules. Hotel Accommodations: Secure hotel bookings that fit within budgetary constraints and are conveniently located near client sites or meeting locations. Itinerary Planning: Create, manage, and update detailed travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and local travel. Compliance & Cost Control: Adhere to company travel policies, managing travel expenses and securing approvals for expenditures. Emergency Support: Handle last-minute booking modifications, cancellations, and travel emergencies. Documentation:
Assist with travel documents (visas, travel insurance) if required. Vendor Management: Coordinate with travel agents, airlines, and hotel partners. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: Previous experience as a travel desk executive or in travel booking. Technical Skills: Proficient with travel portals (IRCTC, MakeMyTrip, etc.) and GDS systems (like Sabre). Knowledge: Understanding of airline routes, baggage policies, and hotel star ratings. Communication: Excellent communication skills to coordinate with both travelers and vendors. Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a rapid-paced environment Typical Requirements (Job Context) Industry Type: Travel & Tourism / Corporate Administration. Location: Often required in corporate hubs like Bengaluru or Pune.
