About the internship

TEDMAX is looking for driven and enthusiastic Business Development Interns to join

our team in Bangalore. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone looking to build hands-

on experience in sales, client interaction, and business growth strategy in a fast-paced

environment.

As a BDA Intern,



you'll be at the front line of our growth connecting with potential

students, understanding their career goals, and helping them find the right course to

upskill. You'll get hands-on training in sales techniques, objection handling, and

consultative selling, along with real exposure to how a fast-growing startup operates.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to sharpen their communication skills, build

confidence in client-facing conversations, and kickstart a career in sales or business

development. High performers will also have the opportunity to earn strong

incentives and gain visibility within the team.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Generate and reach out to potential leads
2. Explain Programmes offerings and guide customers toward the right fit.
3. Handle customer queries and follow-ups
4. Maintain records of calls and conversions
5. Complete tasks assigned by the reporting manager
