We are looking for a proactive, technology-driven Technology Manager who will own our complete digital learning platform and ensure seamless delivery of courses, webinars, automation, and learner engagement.

Role Summary : The Learning Technology Manager will be responsible for managing our Learning Management System (Graphy), webinar operations, automation workflows, AI-enabled content operations, and digital learning technology. This role requires a strong blend of technology, operations, AI tools, and coordination skills to ensure an outstanding learner experience while supporting rapid business growth.

- Key Responsibilities1. Learning Management System (LMS)Manage and optimize the Graphy learning platform.
- Create and publish online courses, learning paths, memberships, and bundles.
- Upload and organize videos, PDFs, quizzes, assignments, and certificates.
- Configure pricing, coupons, subscriptions, and learner access.
- Maintain website pages, course landing pages, and student dashboards.
- Ensure a smooth learner journey from registration to course completion.
- Regularly review and improve the overall learning experience.
- 2. Webinar & Live Learning OperationsPlan, schedule, and manage live webinars, workshops, and online events.
- Configure Zoom, Google Meet, or Graphy live sessions.
- Manage registrations, reminders, attendance, recordings, and replay publishing.
- Coordinate with speakers, trainers, and internal teams for successful event execution.
- Ensure all live sessions run smoothly without technical issues.
- 3. Automation & Digital Operations Build and maintain automated learner journeys.
- Automate student onboarding, email sequences, reminders, certificates,



and feedback collection.
- Manage integrations between Graphy and third-party tools.
- Configure workflows using automation platforms such as Zapier or Make.com.
- Continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation.
- 4. AI Applications Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other productivity platforms to improve operational efficiency.
- Generate course descriptions, quizzes, FAQs, learner communications, and knowledge-base content.
- Support AI-powered content creation, documentation, and workflow optimization.
- Stay updated with emerging AI tools and recommend their adoption where appropriate.
- 5. Digital Marketing Support Coordinate with the marketing team for course launches and campaigns.
- Create and update high-converting course landing pages.
- Support tracking implementation using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and UTM parameters.
- Optimize learner conversion funnels and website user experience.
- Assist with SEO updates and platform content optimization.
- 6. Student Experience & Platform SupportManage learner onboarding and enrollment processes.
- Resolve learner issues related to course access, login, payments, and certificates.
- Monitor learner engagement, completion rates, and platform performance.
- Work closely with the customer support team to ensure high learner satisfaction.

7. Analytics & Reporting Prepare periodic reports on:

- Student enrollments
- Course completion rates
- Webinar attendance
- Learner engagement
- Platform usage
- Sales performance
- Conversion metrics
- Operational improvements

Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

- Ideal Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in LMS administration, EdTech operations, digital learning, or online course management.
- Experience with platforms such as Graphy, Kajabi, Thinkific, Teachable, LearnWorlds, or Moodle.
- Comfortable adopting new technologies and learning recent platforms quickly.
- Strong understanding of automation tools and SaaS platforms.
- Highly organized with excellent project coordination and documentation skills.
