- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Ensure proper table setup before and after service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members for smooth service operations.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Prepare and present bills accurately and assist with payment collection.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
- Assist in maintaining adequate stock of service items such as cutlery, crockery, napkins, and other supplies.
- RequirementsMinimum





- 1 year of experience as a Waiter, Steward, or similar role in a restaurant, hotel, café, or hospitality environment.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and courteous personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Good grooming and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
