? Job Responsibilities

✔Handle outbound collection calls for the Banking domain.

✔Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM/call log.

✔Follow up with customers and provide timely call-backs.

✔Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.

✔Maintain a customer-focused approach while achieving collection targets.

✔Adapt quickly and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

? Key Requirements

✅ Must be 18 years or older.

✅ Minimum graduate from any recognized education board in India (Arrears acceptable).

✅ Strong communication skills and fluency in one or more of the following languages:

DRA Certified or NON DRA

English + Telugu

English + Hindi

English + Malayalam

English + Kannada
