- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide timely updates.
- Coordinate with the sales, installation, service, and operations teams to resolve customer requirements.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, installations, and pending service requests.
- Address customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
- Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customers are satisfied with products and services.
