- Handle day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
- Operate and monitor production/assembly processes.
- Follow SOPs, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Maintain basic production records and reports.
- Support the team in 5S, Kaizen, and process improvement activities.
Requirements:
- ITI qualification is mandatory.
- Fresher or 0–1 year experience in automobile/manufacturing industry.
- Willingness to work on the shop floor and in shifts.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
