​? Job Role & Responsibilities

​Merchant / Seller Onboarding: Visit local retailers, shopkeepers, and vendors to pitch and onboard them onto our E-commerce platform/app.

​App Adoption & Demo: Provide hands-on demos to sellers on how to use the seller app, list products, accept orders, and manage inventory.

​Client Acquisition: Identify potential business prospects in the assigned territory to expand the e-commerce seller/buyer network.

​Achieve Targets: Meet daily and monthly metrics for merchant onboarding, first-order generation, and total sales volume.

​Relationship & Retention: Maintain regular contact with onboarded sellers to ensure active platform engagement, resolve operational issues, and drive repeat orders.

​Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and feedback from the field to share insights with the management.

​Daily Reporting: Log daily field visits, new seller sign-ups,



and lead status on the company CRM/App.

​? Candidate Requirements

​Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Any Graduate.

​Experience: 0–2 years of experience in Field Sales, E-commerce Vendor Onboarding, FMCG, or App Distribution (Freshers with good tech familiarity are welcome).

​Must-Haves:

​Own 2-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License.

​Android Smartphone (crucial for app demonstrations and daily reporting).

​Skills: Tech-savvy, strong sales pitch, negotiation capabilities, and good communication in local language/Hindi/English.

​Attitude: Target-driven, energetic, and comfortable with extensive local travel.
