Experience: 1–3 years (Retail / FMCG / Franchise / B2B & B2C preferred)

Salary: 15As per industry standards + Incentives

- ? Responsibilities:Handle B2B visits (franchise partners, corporate clients) and B2C customer acquisition.
- Execute field marketing activities – society targeting, package selling, promotional campaigns.
- Conduct minimum 50–100 database calls daily for lead generation.
- Plan and implement promotional activities (paper insertions, mall standees, vehicle branding).
- Support sales team in achieving monthly targets.
- Collect customer feedback and update CRM.
- Collaborate with digital marketing team to align offline & online campaigns.
- ? Requirements:Solid communication & negotiation skills.
- Experience in sales/marketing (B2B & B2C).
- Target‑driven and self‑motivated.
- Ability to manage field campaigns and customer interactions.
