About NoBrokerNoBroker is India's first proptech platform that connects property owners directly with buyers and tenants, eliminating brokerage. We are expanding our sales team and looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations and drive business growth.

Job RoleAs an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales operations within an assigned territory, leading a team of Sales Executives, achieving revenue targets, and expanding NoBroker's customer base.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales and revenue targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives.
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Build strong customer relationships and handle escalations.
- Promote NoBroker's premium plans and value-added services.
- Identify new business opportunities and local market opportunities.
- Track team KPIs, maintain CRM updates,



and prepare MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Eligibility & RequirementsBachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Minimum 1–2 years of team-handling experience.
- Experience in Real Estate, PropTech, BFSI, Telecom, FMCG, or B2C Sales is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Good understanding of sales targets, KPIs, CRM, and reporting.
- Target-oriented with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
