- Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Take orders and assist customers in selecting bakery products.
- Handle billing and cash/UPI payments accurately.
- Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and freshness of products.
- Pack products properly and hand over orders to customers.
- Maintain stock and inform the outlet manager about low-stock items.
- Follow company SOPs for hygiene, customer service, and product handling.
- Support daily outlet operations and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic billing/POS knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous bakery/retail experience preferred but not mandatory.
