About ForLive HomeForLive Home is a growing interior design, renovation, and turnkey solutions company delivering residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other workers.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and site requirements.
- Ensure work is completed within the planned timeline and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify execution issues.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, designers, vendors, and clients.
- Maintain daily site reports and track project progress.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety,



and discipline at the site.
- Check material deliveries and ensure proper utilization of materials.
- Identify site-level issues and escalate them to the Project Manager promptly.

Requirements:

- Good knowledge of interior execution and construction activities.
- 1–4 years of experience in interior, construction, renovation, or related projects.
- Ability to read basic drawings and understand measurements.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage workers and contractors at site.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Navi Mumbai, Panvel, and nearby locations.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and project reporting.
- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
