Visa CounsellorWe are hiring a Visa Counsellor to handle client counselling, profile assessment, and end-to-end visa application support for study, visitor, tourist, and PR categories. The candidate must have strong communication skills, sales confidence, and the ability to manage client documentation professionally.

Key Responsibilities :

- Attend walk-ins, leads, and online inquiries
- Counsel clients for Canada, Australia, UK, USA, and Schengen visa categories
- Assess client eligibility based on profile and immigration requirements
- Guide clients regarding documentation, SOPs, financials, and application procedures
- Convert leads into enrollments/clients through proper counselling and follow-ups
- Coordinate with processing teams for file lodgement and updates
- Maintain client records and CRM updates
- Stay updated with latest immigration and visa policy changes
- Requirements:Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Prior experience in immigration/visa counselling preferred
- Knowledge of visitor visa, study visa, PR, and tourist visa processes
- Target-oriented and qualified approach
- Ability to handle pressure and client queries efficiently

Experience:

- 0–3 years preferred
