Job RoleAs a Seva Sarathi, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the SBI branch. You will welcome customers, understand their requirements, guide them to the appropriate counter/officer, and assist them with digital banking services.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet customers entering the branch.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them to the correct department/counter.
- Assist customers with basic banking-related queries.
- Help customers use YONO SBI, ATM, UPI, Internet Banking and other digital banking channels.
- Educate customers about SBI's digital services and encourage digital adoption.
- Assist senior citizens and customers who need additional support.
- Help customers with basic forms and documentation requirements.
- Manage customer flow inside the banking hall.
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with branch staff whenever customer assistance is required.
- Promote awareness of safe and secure digital banking practices.




- Maintain professional behaviour and good communication with customers.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate depending on the hiring requirement.
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of the local language is preferred.
- Hindi/English communication can be an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the branch.
