Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the organization's finance and accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, cash flow management, vendor and customer payments, and MIS reporting. Experience with ERP/accounting software such as Zoho Books, Tally, SAP, or similar platforms is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards.

Accounting

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger balances.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.

Taxation & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate GST return filing and tax reconciliations.
- Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

Banking & Cash Flow

- Manage banking relationships and transactions.
- Monitor cash flow and fund availability.




- Approve vendor payments and customer refunds.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and optimize working capital.

Vendor & Customer Management

- Review vendor payments and outstanding liabilities.
- Monitor customer receivables and collections.
- Resolve payment-related issues with vendors and customers.
- Ensure timely invoicing and collection processes.

ERP & Systems

- Manage accounting using Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Tally, SAP, or other ERP systems.
- Improve financial processes through automation and system enhancements.
- Maintain financial records and documentation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com)
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred
- 5–10 years of experience in finance and accounting, including team management

- Experience in handling multiple business entities and branches.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting and project accounting.
