- We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Dispatch & Delivery Executive to handle packing, dispatch, transportation, and delivery of IT and ELV materials such as CCTV cameras, networking equipment, cables, switches, racks, access control equipment, computer peripherals, and other technical items.Key ResponsibilitiesPacking IT and ELV materials safely and properly for dispatch.
- Checking materials against invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch lists.
- Loading and unloading materials carefully to avoid damage.
- Coordinating with the warehouse, purchase, project, and accounts teams for dispatch requirements.
- Delivering materials to customer sites, offices, and project locations on time.
- Collecting signed delivery challans/POD after delivery.
- Maintaining proper records of dispatched and delivered materials.
- Checking quantity and condition of materials before dispatch and after receiving.




- Handling return materials and coordinating their safe movement back to the office.
- Maintaining cleanliness and proper organization of packing/dispatch areas.
- Following company procedures for handling valuable IT equipment.
- Supporting basic inventory/stock checking when required.
- Coordinating with courier and transport agencies whenever required.
- Performing other dispatch, delivery, and material-handling duties assigned by management.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of packing and handling IT/electronic materials.
- Basic knowledge of computers and IT equipment will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible and punctual.
- Ability to maintain dispatch records and delivery documents.
- Physically fit and comfortable with loading/unloading materials.
- Willingness to travel locally for deliveries.
