Job Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, email, phone calls, social media, and marketplace messages.
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns, replacements, warranty claims, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and marketplace teams to ensure timely issue resolution.




- Follow up with customers until their concerns are completely resolved.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
- Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with internal teams.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and response time targets.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Customer Success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable handling customer calls and WhatsApp conversations.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Self-disciplined and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
