Role & responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce projects.
- Convert business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce Developers, Architects, QA, and Product Owners.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, Flows, reports, dashboards, and security settings.
- Support Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations and enhancements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate UAT, defect management, release planning, and production deployments.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure timely project delivery with high-quality documentation and stakeholder communication.

Preferred candidate profile

- 510 years of IT experience with 78 years as a Salesforce Technical Business Analyst.




- Strong experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design.
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce configuration (Flows, Objects, Reports, Dashboards, Security).
- Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and UAT documentation.
- Valuable understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology with experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Preferred exposure to Apex, SOQL, LWC, REST/SOAP APIs, Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud.
- Salesforce certifications are an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working from Gurgaon.
