- Shift Timing: 4:20 AM 1:30 PM IST (Early Morning Shift)
- Employment Type: Full-time | 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to homeowners across Australia.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for Solar Consultants.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate records.
- Achieve appointment-setting targets.

Responsibilities

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Appointment Setting, Lead Generation, Telemarketing, Customer Support, or International Voice Process.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- CRM experience preferred.
- Experience in the Australian Solar Process will be an added advantage.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
