Responsibilities

Preparation of Industrial Plant Layout from Conceptualization to 3D Modelling of the Plant

Preparation of Overall Layout, PID, Isometrics and 3D modelling in AutoCAD

Positioning of mechanical equipment and preparation of various layouts for Industrial Plant GA Layout, Foundation Layout, Piping layouts

Verification of 3D models 2D drafting received from partners and subcontractors based on reference documents transmitted as data and based on internal standards

Compliance with the schedule defined by the supervisor for each task also with norms, internal standards, as well as specific customer requirements

Checks that information and requests are complete, clear and comply with internal standards

Transparent and autonomous communication with the team and suppliers

Sound knowledge of Piping standards followed in industry

Line Sizing calculations, Line Routing and Line supports

Weight load calculations and preparing the inputs for the civil engineers





Pipe rack sizing and pipe thickness calculation

Cable tray routing and sizing

Good understanding of ANSI and other international Standards

Understanding of hook-ups and other electrical and instrumentation concepts

Interpretation of Stress analysis reports and their implementation in drawings

Interprets and applies good engineering practice for preparation of drawings

Requirements

Diploma / Engineering graduate in Mechanical stream

4 5 years in Industrial Engineering preferred Oil Gas Industries

Excellent Communication skills

Experience in Inventor 2D 3D is an added advantage
