- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM and Payroll functional configuration.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Payroll flows and related processes.
- Proficiency in HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP) reporting tools.
- Experience with ADP Global View connector configuration and integration.
- Excellent testing and debugging skills in payroll environments, & parallel payroll support.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Solid communication and documentation skills.
