Purpose/Objective

Purpose of Position 1.
This position is responsible for providing technical services to end users & conducting product promotion/demand generation activities in the assigned territory.
2.
This position also involves knowledge sharing/engagement activities with the influencers like contractors & engineers for increasing the brand recommendation & implementation of influencer engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Deliverables / Responsible for (results) 1.
Providing regular input to the Regional Technical Service Manager – RTSM 2.
Provide Customer Service to end customers in the designated districts 3.
Track and report quality of company products through on site tests and market sampling 4.
Collect independent feedback from end customers about selling process (Price, Service Levels, Quality, etc.
) and report the same to the Regional Technical Service Manager – RTSM.

Manage relationship with Key Accounts and Key influencers

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications Essential BE/BTech in Civil Engineering Desirable/Preferable 15 Work Experience (Cumulative) Total Years (Band) 3-10 Years Years (Relevant) 3 Years Seniority (desirable) Types of Organization MNC / Indian / Large Scale / Listed / Hi-Growth / Reliable / Process driven / Turnaround Types of Sector Metal / Mining / Port / Infra / Banking / Telecom Variety of experience Qualitative aspects The individual should be a team player, having high convincing power.
Target oriented and adaptive to the changing scenarios.
A multitasker with ability to withstand pressure.
The individual should have ability to take challenges.
