Non Human Identitis Project Manager

Duration: 6 months+

- Strong Project Management experience

- Project Management certificates

- Strong experience in managing IAM/PAM projects

- Lead program planning activities including scope definition, work breakdown, resource planning, and milestone scheduling across all NHI workstreams.

- Establish and maintain program governance structures.

- Track and manage program dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder visibility.

- Coordinate delivery activities across technical teams (Architecture, Engineering, Automation) and with internal stakeholders (Security, Platform, Application Owners, Audit).

- Manage relationships and coodrianate with third-party vendors and implementation partners.

- Produce clear and accurate program status reports, executive updates,



and milestone dashboards for CISO and senior leadership.

- Manage the program budget, tracking actuals against forecast and flagging variances.

- Facilitate program workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder working groups.

- Drive workstream accountability, maintaining transparent ownership of deliverables and action items.

- Support change management activities, helping internal teams understand and adopt new NHI processes and tooling.

- Ensure program outcomes are documented and transitioned appropriately into BAU operations.
