As a Talent Growth Architect (TGA), you will play a key role in enabling the success of

our Business Development Associate (BDA) team. This is a cross-functional role that

combines training, quality assurance, program management, and operational

excellence. You will be responsible for onboarding and training new hires, maintaining

LeadSquared (LSQ) hygiene, conducting sales call audits, and driving employee referral

and community initiatives. Working closely with the Recruitment, Sales, and Operations

teams, you will ensure consistent execution of processes while enhancing the overall

learning and performance ecosystem.

Role Responsibilities

- Conduct onboarding and training for BDA interns and new hires.
- Deliver product, sales, and process training.
- Conduct call audits and provide quality feedback to improve conversions.
- Maintain LeadSquared (LSQ) hygiene, ensuring CRM data accuracy and

process compliance.

- Own and manage the Employee Referral Program and Community Program.
- Track training effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with Recruitment, Sales, and Operations to ensure smooth

onboarding and continuous improvement.

- Create and update training materials, SOPs, and process documentation.





Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA preferred).
- 25 years of experience in Sales Training, Learning & Development, Sales

Enablement, or Quality.

- Prior experience in EdTech, Inside Sales, or Business Development training is

preferred.

- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as LeadSquared is an

advantage.

- Robust presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and coach team members for

improvement.

- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
