We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Manager for our Construction Chemicals division. The candidate will be responsible for generating revenue through sales of construction chemicals to various customers in the construction industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background and extensive knowledge of construction chemicals and their applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with builders, contractors, architects, and engineers
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
- Provide technical support to customers and recommend appropriate products and solutions
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with customers
- Manage and track sales activities and report on sales performance to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery of products and customer satisfaction




- Attend industry conferences and events to promote the companys products and services

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of construction chemicals or related products
- Strong knowledge of construction chemicals, their applications, and industry trends
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
