Job Description

We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Pharmacy Sales Executive to join our hospital pharmacy team in Gurgaon.

The selected candidate will assist customers in purchasing medicines, explain product pricing, coordinate with pharmacists, maintain billing accuracy, and provide excellent customer service. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to build trust with customers.





Candidates with previous experience in mall sales, retail showrooms, cosmetics, healthcare retail, medical stores, or pharmacy sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in purchasing prescribed and over-the-counter medicines.
- Explain medicine prices, offers, and billing details to customers.
- Coordinate with pharmacists for medicine availability and dispensing.
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Generate pharmacy sales while maintaining ethical healthcare practices.
- Process billing and payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper display of pharmacy products.
- Monitor stock availability and inform the inventory team about shortages.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Ensure compliance with hospital and pharmacy policies.
