3. Sell luxury watch accessories such as straps, winders, and related products.
4. Promote the Virtual Vault Report, a proprietary digital certification for luxury watch authenticity.
5. Support customers with after-sales service consultations and quotations (B2C).
6. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
7. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
8. Effectively communicate current products and service offerings to prospective customers.
9. Maintain accurate sales records and follow up with leads.
Preferred candidate profile
1. 1 to 6 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
2.
Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Marathi is an advantage).
3. Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
4. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
5. Self-motivated with a customer-first approach.
6. Prior exposure to luxury watches, luxury retail, premium lifestyle brands, jewellery, or high-value products, financial instruments - PMS or insurance, will be an added advantage.
